- Create, implement, monitor and help to improve relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and Policies & Procedures (P&P) to the Customer Service department. Ensure all standards are being maintained and updated.
- Track, review, collect data and prepare analysis reports of customer service team performance, and as per management request.
